Job description:
1. Provide full analytical support for process R&D with efficiency and quality
2. Develop and validate analytical method using chromatographic (HPLC, GC, LCMS and GCMS) and spectroscopic technologies (NMR and IR)
3. Structural identification and analysis of products, by-products and impurities
4. Document experimental data and write related reports
5. Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot analytical instruments
6. Comply with SHEQ requirements, instructions and other standards (e.g. GLP)

Requirements:
1. PhD. in analytical chemistry (or equivalent qualification), plus one or more years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industry
2. Good application skills. Capable of establishing appropriate analytical methods with defined analytical techniques for problem solving 
3. Proficient in analytical techniques including chromatography (including GC, LC, LCMS and GCMS). Knowledge on structural elucidation is an advantage

4. Strong team player while being able to perform independently
5. Good communication and social skills.
6. Strong written English. Good spoken English. Knowledge of German is an advantage
